CAMPUS Sustainability Conference

This year the Trent University's Green Team, Fleming College Office of Sustainability & Fleming FASTSTART are partnering to create a Community Sustainability Conference & Competition.The goal of this Conference will be to focus on improving sustainability, on-campus and within the Peterborough community. Keynote speakers will include Ontario's former Environmental Commissioner Gord Miller.
The Conference will host both the Trent Green Your Campus Competition and the Fleming Two Minute Pitch Competition. These competitions provide a platform for students to propose projects to improve on-campus sustainability for either Fleming or Trent campuses. Trent Students & Fleming Students will compete in two separate competition pools so that individual winners from Trent & Fleming can be identified.
This event is open to everyone! A free, local, vegan lunch will be catered by Aramark!
