This is one of several Local Food Month events.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn both safe waterbath canning techniques and ideas for putting up seasonal bounty. All recipes will contain locally grown ingredients purchased the day before at the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market and will reflect produce that is most bountiful this season.
