Beef Steak Class - Community Butcher Shop

This is one of several Local Food Month events.
Join this 90-minute demonstration class butchering a long loin and a rib primal into classic steaks. The $50 class fee includes crusty bread from Two Dishes Cookshop and beer from the Publican House Brewery, and each participant will go home with a steak. Limit of 10 participants, buy your tickets in store.
